Doug is a straightforward, results oriented leader with 25 years of broad Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience in pulp and paper and fast moving consumer goods businesses. He has worked at all management levels in the Manufacturing world, from front line supervisor, through Plant Manager and as a VP of Operations, and has direct experience in most supply chain functions. His career has included time with Procter and Gamble, The Dial Corporation, and Henkel, leading significant change and improvement in all assignments. He is comfortable and has deep experience in both union and non-union environments in the US and Canada and significant experience working with international sourcing and manufacturing. Doug is a skilled and effective turnaround manager, rapidly and dramatically able to improve results by leading key operational transformations. He enjoys working in challenging, fast moving business situations.
